You can:

• Use the themes to create unlimited personal and commercial projects, excluding client projects, commissioned projects, or freelance work.
• Modify the themes to suit your needs. The themes are subject to this license.

You cannot:

• Use the themes to create products that are designed to allow users to build their own products using the themes or modified versions of the themes.
• Re-destribute the themes or modified versions of the themes separately from a product.
• Sell or distribute the themes or modified versions of the themes as a product.
• Share your access to the themes with other individuals.
• Use the themes to freelance, create comissioned projects, or create client projects.
• Use the themes to produce anything that may be deemed by SuperWeb Development, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be in conflict with the business of SuperWeb Development.

Example usage

Examples of usage allowed by this license:

• Creating a personal website for yourself.
• Creating a website for your business.

Examples of usage not allowed by this license:

• Creating a repository of your favourite SuperWeb themes and publishing it publicly.
• Converting a theme to another framework and making it available either for sale or for free.
• Selling or distributing a modified version of a theme.
• Using a theme to fulfill a commission or for a client project and receiving payment for it.

Liability

SuperWeb Development's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the themes or templates is limited to a refund of your license fee. This includes third-party claims against you. SuperWeb Development may not be held responsible for any consequential damages related to your use of the themes or templates.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of British Columbia. You agree to service of process at the email address on your original order.
